- 1+ year dispatch experience
- Rate negotiation skills
- Knows HOS / DOT rules
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Own computer and phone
- Available Eastern business hours
- Strong written English
- Bilingual a plus
- Pay

Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license, held 2+ years
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Pass a background check
- Pass a DOT drug test
- DOT medical card
- 1+ year box truck or cargo van experience
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Smartphone for the ELD and app
- Live within the hiring states
- Pay
- 20–23% of gross
- Setup
- 1099 contractor, W-2 on request
